To get as much detail as possible, focus on portraits, animals, or photos with a clearly identifiable main subject.

We recommend zooming in as much as possible on your subject, focusing on one or two main subjects, and choosing a photo with good lighting.

The more visible, closer, and better lit your subject is, the more detailed and recognizable your painting will be.

What's included in a personalized Bricks Art kit?

Your personalized Bricks Art kit contains everything you need to build your picture—and then some!

In your box, you'll find the number of tiles corresponding to the size of your painting, all the numbered bags of colored bricks, the structural pieces, and the frame components if you selected that option when you placed your order.

You'll also receive a flyer with a code that gives you access to your personalized digital guide, so you can build your painting step by step.

Everything is included in your kit: no additional purchases or equipment are needed.

How can I tell if the result will match my photo?

As you create your painting, you can see a real-time preview of the final result. This preview exactly matches what you'll see once your painting is complete.

For best results, be sure to follow the tips shown at the beginning of the generator: zoom in as much as possible on your photo and, ideally, focus on no more than 1 or 2 main subjects to bring out as much detail as possible.

We do not edit your photo after you place your order: therefore, by making your purchase, you are confirming that you approve of the image displayed in the preview, which will not be modified by our team.

What are the delivery times?

Your order is typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes between 2 and 10 days, depending on the shipping method you choose and the destination country.

At what age can you start building a Bricks Art set?

Our kits contain many small pieces and are therefore strictly prohibited for children under 3 years of age due to the risk of ingestion and choking.

To get the most out of the building experience, our Bricks Art kits are recommended for ages 14 and up.

Are those LEGO® bricks?

No, our bricks aren't official LEGO® bricks, but they're 100% compatible with the brand's bricks.

They have the same dimensions, which means you can connect them directly to your own LEGO® bricks if you'd like.

They are manufactured to the same European standards and are CE-certified.

How do I hang my painting on the wall?

You can definitely hang your Bricks Art on the wall once it's finished. We offer wall hangers designed specifically for our artwork, available directly from our store.

That way, you can enjoy your creation as a real decorative piece!

I have some pieces left over at the end of my project—is that normal?

Yes, that's perfectly normal! We intentionally include more parts than necessary in your kit to avoid any risk of missing parts and to ensure that your building experience goes as smoothly as possible.

If you have bricks left over once you've finished your picture, that doesn't mean you skipped a step: those extra pieces are included in the kit from the very beginning.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your package is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can track its progress.

If you chose pickup at a pickup location, you'll also be notified by email and text message as soon as your package is ready for pickup.
