Refund policy

1. Customized and non-returnable products

All products sold on bricks-art.com are 100% personalized according to the specifications provided by the customer. Due to this extreme personalization, no returns or refunds are possible, except in cases provided for by law.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Consequently, orders placed on bricks-art.com are firm and final once they have been confirmed.

2. Production process and order cancellation

Once the order has been confirmed, production of the kit begins immediately. It is therefore not possible to cancel the order once it has been placed. We recommend that you carefully check all the information before finalizing your purchase.

3. Management of parts and errors

We take particular care in preparing each kit. To avoid any risk of missing or incorrect parts, we always include extra parts in each bag. This ensures that the customer will be able to complete their picture without any problems, even if one or more parts are lost or broken. Therefore, no claims related to missing parts can be accepted.

4. Damaged products and shipping

The kits we ship are sturdy, and it is extremely rare for the components to be damaged during shipping. Only the outer packaging (the box) may be affected, but this does not impact the building experience or the integrity of the pieces. Therefore, no replacement or refund will be made in the event of minor damage to the packaging.

5. Unclaimed orders

In the event of a return of an order not received by the customer (for example, if the customer is not available to receive the package, if the package is not picked up at the pickup point within the specified time frame, or if the customer refuses the package upon delivery), we will not refund the personalized products or shipping costs. If the customer wishes to have the order reshipped, the reshipment costs will be at their expense.
