Everything went great—from placing the order, to tracking the delivery (it was a Christmas gift, so it was a busy time), all the way through to putting the painting together 😊 I had a hard time reading the handwritten number on the instructions, but after sending a message to customer service, I received a reply within 20 minutes to resolve the issue (on a Saturday night!). The result lived up to my expectations—it was high-quality—and the person I gave it to was thrilled. I’m very satisfied with my Bricks Art experience.

Easy to build

I was worried it would be complicated because I'm not used to building with LEGO, but it's really easy to put together. The instructions are really well done.

I'm giving it 4 stars because of just one very minor issue. When purchasing a complete frame with a border, it would have been nice to include the mounting hardware needed to hang it on a wall. I discovered a little later that this option costs extra—and it's just double-sided tape. Aside from that tiny hiccup, the design, the instructions, the parts… Everything is perfect, and the end result is exceptional.

There might be room for improvement on the website regarding shipping—it’s not very clear, at least when using PayPal.
