1. Processing and delivery times

preparation times At Bricks Art, each product is fully customized and made to order. The time required to prepare an order for shipment is 1 to 5 business days. This preparation time includes customization, packaging, and kitting of your items.

The delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen by the customer at checkout. Shipping times can vary between 1 and 7 business days after the order is shipped. These times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier's conditions.

1.3 Delivery complaints
Bricks Art refers to the delivery status indicated by the carrier and will not accept any complaints if the order is indicated as delivered and signed for at home or received at a pick-up point. Once the order has been shipped, Bricks Art's responsibility ends, and any complaints regarding delivery must be addressed directly to the carrier.

2. Carriers and order tracking

2.1 Carriers used
The list of available carriers varies depending on the destination and type of order. The available carriers are always indicated during the payment stage, and the customer can choose the one that suits them best.

2.2 Order tracking
Some delivery methods include a tracking number, allowing the customer to track the progress of their package. This is specified when choosing the carrier during checkout. For delivery methods without tracking, Bricks Art will not be able to provide any additional information once the order has been shipped.

2.3 Complaints and liability
Once the order has been shipped, Bricks Art is released from any liability concerning the transport, delivery, or delay of the order. Customers are invited to contact the carrier directly in the event of a complaint concerning the condition of the package or the delivery. Bricks Art is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by the carrier.

We currently deliver to Europe. If your delivery address is located outside these areas, please contact us to discuss the options available.

3.2 Delivery restrictions
There are no specific restrictions regarding delivery to the areas served or the products shipped.

4. Delivery costs

4.1 Pricing Delivery
costs are calculated on the basis of a fixed rate. This rate is clearly indicated at the time of payment, before the order is confirmed.

4.2 Special offers
On certain special occasions, Bricks Art may offer free or reduced-rate delivery for certain orders. These offers will be clearly indicated on the website and applied automatically at the time of payment.

Legal justifications

The elements of this policy comply with current legislation and case law relating to e-commerce, in particular:

  • Delivery time: According to Article L. 216-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a delay in delivery, the seller is not liable if the delay is attributable to the carrier, unless the seller was responsible for organizing the delivery. In this case, the buyer must contact the carrier for any complaints.

  • Preparation time: The order preparation time must be clearly indicated to give the consumer a clear idea of when they can expect to receive their order (Article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code).
