How long will it take to receive my order?

The order processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days. Delivery takes between 3 and 5 business days depending on the delivery method selected. 📦

What types of photos work best?

Photos with contrasting colors and clear details work best. Avoid images that are very large or overloaded with details. ✨

At what age can I start building Bricks Art?

We recommend a minimum age of 5 years for independent use. However, younger children can easily be supervised during construction.
Please be careful, as our kits contain small parts. 🧩

What should I do if a brick is missing from my kit?

When putting together our kits, we make sure to include more bricks than necessary to avoid any shortages.
It's more likely that a small mistake will occur during construction, but don't panic—reversing 2 or 3 bricks won't change the final result! 🫣

Can I return or exchange my personalized painting?

For custom paintings, we do not accept returns or exchanges, as stipulated in our terms and conditions of sale. 😬
